Our artist-run education model supports artists through collective learning and accessibility. Early and mid-career artists develop their practices and build a sustainable career. Transferable skills flow in both directions, recognising the skills acquired in ‘day- jobs’ and your artistic practice, and how they can be beneficial. Improving your confidence, becoming an active learner and teacher, helping to define RWE’s education programme.

Development programmes range from week-long intensives in person, week-long morning sessions online with additional personal study time, long term part-time blended in person and online programmes.
